Note. Raters included the caregiver, the researcher, and the second observer. Social validity was evaluated using six items assessing the importance of the intervention goals, the appropriateness of the intervention procedures, feasibility in daily practice, applicability to generalization, effectiveness in improving communication, and overall satisfaction with the intervention outcomes. Each item was rated on a 5-point Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree).
